Sauna session: Strangefruit

This weekend we invite you to dance and sweat with Strangefruit on Saturday. He will make sure your evening starts off with a blast and great tunes! He presents a set filled with Japanese chill-out, blue eyed soul, decent slack erotick jazz-funk and a bit pling plong for the sake of the cred, but not one beat over 110bpms. He will play from 6pm to 9pm.

Welcome to Sauna Session in our largest sauna, Árdna. The bathing ritual has been an important part of the Nordic way of life for a long time. Our sauna has a pleasant temperature of 60°C. Outside, you can enjoy a 7000 litre aquavit barrel that is converted to a sauna of 80-90°C and two cold baths as well as a shower. Wardrobes are right outside Árdna. We have a fully licenced bar, and snacks can be bought in both Naustet and Árdna.

Sauna Session often includes a performance by authors, poets, musicians, DJs, slam poetry, performance artists or sound works. Check out our program on salted.no for more info.

Bring your own towel and padlock or rent one in the bar for 50,- each. Bathing suits are required in the sauna and we recommend you bring your own flip-flops since the floor can be hot.

SALT Art - Music is located across the water from the Opera.
Book your spa treatment at minispasalted.com.
