Welcome to Sauna Session in our new sauna Skroget! The bathing ritual has been an important part of the Nordic way of life for a long time. Our sauna has a pleasant temperature of around 70-80°C. Outside, you can enjoy a 7000 litre aquavit barrel that is converted to a sauna of 80-90°C and two cold baths as well as a shower. Wardrobes are right outside Árdna.

Night Market: DIY Days and redesign market (markedsgata)
Come and see how fun and creative living sustainably can be! Two whole days of workshops and stands that will inspire you to roll up your sleeves and start making changes! Meet and learn from Oslo’s organizations, businesses and makers that are dedicated to: redesign, reuse, repair, and recycling.

Les mer her.

Bryggedans: MUD session (Pyramiden/Preikestolen)
The housedance culture have been thriving in New York since the 70s and we want to share this culture with Oslo. Come and listen to good music, feel the vibe and dance with us - the floor is open to anyone who likes music and dance every Saturday!

MUD session was started by the New York based crew MAWU in 2009 and came to Norway in 2015. MUD stands for Movement Un-Defined, and is for anyone who is interested in housemusic and -dance.

DJ Conekticut (Preikestolen)
Oslo based Zena Williams, aka Conekticut, is your local rasta gyal with some of the best music from the caribbean. Freedom, rythm, roots and happiness. Dancehall, afro and reagge with a little hint of whatever moves in music nowadays is what you can expect with Zena behind the master.

Das Body (Langhuset)
Das Body had their debut in 2018 with a self titled EP and concerts. The band immediately got attention from the music business and their first year as a band was great: By:Larm, the Øya festival, radio listings, SXSW in Texas and a record deal with the American company Fat Possum’s label Luminelle. Das Body was portrayed as the new thing from the Nordics in Dazed Magazine and The Fader. Back home in Norway news paper Dagsavisen said that were the best band at by:Larms that year and that their debut EP confirmed it.

International press is calling their music «New-new-wave» and «nordic odd-pop». In Norway journalist Audun Vinger in DN writes that Das Body «is centered around the electric, bass playing front figure Ellie Linden, who sings and gurgles in her very own way, something that draws the music to new and fascinating directions.»

Club Árdna: Vin & Rap (Árdna)
We invite you and some of Oslo’s best DJs to hot and steaming summer nights in Árdna! The whole area around Árdna turns into a dance floor, and if you’re not in the mood for dancing you can always chill out in Árdna with a view of the opera and Oslo’s skyline. If you’re feeling extra steamy - buy a ticket for Skroget sauna!

Vin&rap will drink wine and play rap music for you!
