FIREPIT MENU

Our outdoor restaurant is open all year round. At SALT, we gather around the bonfire and the flames. Throughout history, people have come together around the fire to share food, tell stories, and take part in an inclusive community.

Around the bonfire, you can order burgers, fries, and pizza, or create your own meal with our Nordic-style tapas concept. Over the open flames, you can grill vegetables, reindeer, elk, lamb, and cheeses from across Norway. And for dessert – it's absolutely fantastic!

Please note: Reservations for fewer than six guests will share the bonfire with other visitors.

Osteboksen

Osteboksen forteller historien om kyst- og fjellfolk gjennom varme, norske smaker. Bålmenyen løfter frem ostens rolle som historisk bindeledd mellom innland og kyst. Her serveres en norsk bål-raclette med kortreiste oster og råvarer som virkelig kommer til sin rett over ild.

  • Stekeost fra Trofors: Ligner på Halloumi, perfekt til å grilles på bålet!

  • Jærsk havsletteost: En myk ost med smak av havet

  • Camembert fra Gangstad gård – hvitmuggost som smelter perfekt over bål.

  • Poteter – søte og saftige, ideelle til varme oster.

The Vegetable Box

The Vegetable Box celebrates the harvest season of fresh vegetables and potatoes – when everything is at its sweetest, freshest, and most vibrant. The season’s finest vegetables become even better with a touch of heat and smoky flavor from the grill.

The contents of the Vegetable Box vary by season and may include:

The Dessert Box

The Dessert Box features s’mores – with a Norwegian twist. A warm and gooey finale where sweet, tangy, and crunchy flavors come together, perfect for enjoying over the grill.

  • Marshmallows: Grilled until golden brown and soft.

  • Oat Biscuits: Crispy biscuits that add the perfect crunch.

  • Brown Cheese (Brunost): A Norwegian twist that adds sweetness and a unique caramelized flavor.

  • Troll Cream: Sour cream mixed with lingonberries.
