Intuitive Movement 

Explore a unique journey of self-awareness and emotional release through movement. Each class begins with deep meditation and a gentle introduction to yoga, blending Vinyasa flow and Power Yoga warm-ups to enhance balance, mobility, and connection with your body. We then transition into dance improvisation, using guided exercises that focus on different body parts to awaken sensitivity, coordination, and expression. The session culminates in free dance exploration, where intuition leads the way and movement becomes a form of mindful release and creativity. 

I am Roza, a certified yoga teacher. I completed my training in the mountains of Nepal, surrounded by the energy of the Himalayas. I’m deeply inspired by contemporary dance and intuitive movement. I believe that through free, spontaneous expression, the body finds its own language, that helps us connect with our emotions and understand ourselves on a deeper level. Welcome to my class
