A sauna session is 2.5 hours of heat, sweat, and good vibes in our shared saunas!
You get access to warm saunas, cold plunge pools, and the outdoor area. A sauna session ticket gives you access to all shared saunas during their opening hours.

Useful Information

REFUNDS / REBOOKING:
We do not offer refunds on tickets. If you wish to move your tickets to another date, this can be done provided we are notified no later than two business days before your visit. Tickets can only be rescheduled once. Tickets for sauna sessions are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

PURCHASE TERMS
By purchasing a ticket for the sauna at SALT, you acknowledge that you are personally responsible for your own health and safety when using the sauna and bathing facilities. Please read the terms and conditions here.

ALCOHOL:
Bringing your own alcohol to SALT is not permitted. We offer bar service on site.

AGE LIMITS:
The age limit is 20+ after 15:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, and after 19:00 on weekdays and Sundays.

These prices apply to tickets purchased online. Drop-in prices are +NOK 30 for standard and student tickets, and +NOK 15 for members. The purchaser is responsible for checking the age limit for the selected time slot.

If your preferred time slot does not appear or you are unable to select multiple tickets, this means the session is sold out. Once a session is sold out, there are no drop-in tickets available, and it is not possible to join a waiting list.
A sauna session ticket includes access to:
– the sauna(s) open during your booked time slot
– cold plunge pools
– changing rooms with small lockers
– a fully licensed bar
– toilets
– outdoor showers
MEMBER? Log in at minside.periode.no to book tickets at member prices. For drop-in visits, you must be able to present a valid membership at the time of purchase.

TOWEL: Bring your own towel or rent one at the bar for NOK 50.
PADLOCK: Bring a padlock or purchase one for NOK 135. Lockers are approximately 30 × 30 × 30 cm.
SWIMWEAR & FOOTWEAR: Swimwear is required in the saunas. We recommend bringing your own flip-flops. Both swimwear and flip-flops are available for purchase at the reception.
